Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank for processing time

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@pureblushberry.shop with your order details and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pureblushberry.shop with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
